Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all games and apps by Byxe Studios (Xebat Rüzgar, address in the legal notice) and to the related websites, for example byxestudios.com and path.byxestudios.com (“Services”). By using any of our Services you agree to these terms.
If you download a game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the terms of that store also apply, for Apple in particular the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where those terms take precedence by law or by store rules, they prevail.
2. Use
Our games are free. We grant you a simple, non-transferable and revocable right to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. No account is needed.
3. Ads
Our games are funded by ads, for example a banner or an optional video in exchange for a reward such as a second chance. Which data is processed for this is described in each game's privacy policy.
4. What is not allowed
- manipulating games or leaderboards through cheats, bots or technical interference,
- deliberately and artificially triggering or clicking ads,
- modifying, decompiling or reselling our games, unless the law expressly allows it.
5. Availability and changes
We keep developing our games. Content may change through updates, and we may discontinue games or individual features. There is no right to permanent or uninterrupted availability. Progress is stored only on your device and may be lost when the app is deleted.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. As our Services are free of charge, the statutory liability privileges apply in all other respects.
7. Rights to content
All rights to our games, logos, graphics, music and texts belong to Byxe Studios or the respective licensors.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example for new features or changes in the law. The version published here applies.
9. Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of that country's law.
